Industrial-Grade Plywood Work Surface

Our multilayer plywood workbench tops utilize exterior-grade phenolic resin bonding between cross-laminated veneers for exceptional dimensional stability and warp resistance. This structural plywood surface (typically BB/BB grade or marine plywood) provides superior screw retention for fixture mounting and jig installation, making it ideal for woodworking shops, carpentry benches, prototyping stations, and CNC router tables. The high-strength composite withstands mechanical clamping pressure without surface deformation. We apply multiple sealant coats of moisture-resistant polyurethane or epoxy resin to create a liquid-barrier surface that protects against glue spills, stain penetration, and moderate moisture exposure. Optional pre-drilled mounting grid patterns (25mm or 50mm systems) facilitate modular workholding and tool organization systems.
